Le Passé Simple

Passé Simple is a splendid antique and decoration shop on the Rue de la Coupe. This store is directly connected to AntiquitésGossez in Havré (opposite the Château des Ducsd’Havré), because this is where the furniture offered comes from. This old furniture has, in addition, been directly restored in the AntiquitésGossez workshop. These antiques are therefore updated and will give an elegance boost to any modern interior. Decoration and original gift. As well as old furniture, Passé Simple offers household linen (tablecloths, curtains, blinds, bed covers) as well as old crockery. The store is also part of the Balade des CadeauxOriginaux [Original Gift Walk] of the city of Mons, and sells Mons city coats of arms, decorative wrought iron busts (which could be used, for example, as jewellery holders), plays written in 1911 Mons patois, ceramic houses in the Mons style, as well as documents relating to the city. For women who would like to give themselves a little treat, costume jewellery is also offered. A family passion.
