After studying hotel management at the Ceria, Marc Lefrancq honed his skills at the best Michelin-starred establishments in Belgium before opening a catering business that also organised banquets. After working for himself for seven years, he joined forces with Jean-Michel Loriers, a “fournisseur de la Cour” (supplier to the Royal Court), giving him the chance to organise some of the finest events in Europe. He has also opened several restaurants with 3 Michelin-starred chef Peter Goosens.
