The goal of this project is to guide everyone through the beer brewing process, whether for commercial purposes or simply for enjoyment. It offers beer enthusiasts the opportunity to learn, practice, experiment, and produce. Through the "Brew Your Own Beer" workshop and for those who wish to deepen this playful training with solid theoretical knowledge of brewing, "Le Cours du Malt" provides a chance to put your skills into practice and let your imagination run wild by creating new recipes. The "EXPERIMENT" package allows this, right up to beer bottling. During workshops and experiments, the provided brewing equipment is user-friendly and allows for production of up to 50 liters of beer. This equipment is available for purchase in the store. Raw materials are sold in bags or bulk. Equipment for milling, brewing, fermenting, and bottling your drink is accessible and available for sale here. Functioning as a microbrewery or picobrewery, our "Pilot Brewery," with a capacity of 300 liters, is designed to be flexible, simple, yet adaptable to nearly all types of beer. A skilled brewer is available if desired. In addition to being an educational space, "Le Cours du Malt" also aims to test new flavors and engage in unique experiments. New beers are created based on the mood of the moment, and the best ones are offered to the public. These recipes are made without preservatives or coloring agents, are unfiltered, and most are bottle-conditioned. Open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, as well as on Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Also open on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
