Unique Beers Thanks to Water from the Hanneton Valley The brewing water is sourced from the heart of the Hanneton Valley, giving each beer a unique character. The carefully selected raw materials are chosen for their beneficial properties in brewing and the sustainability of their agricultural production. Without the use of spices, DESEVEAUX beers fully showcase the potential of each ingredient. The beers Sarazen Blonde: A 6.5% ABV beer with a golden color and subtle, generous sweetness from buckwheat. It’s rich in fruity aromas and flavors. Avena Saison: A 5.5% ABV Belgian-style seasonal beer brewed with oats and barley malt, offering fine hop aromas. Best enjoyed very fresh. Sarazen Brune: An 8% ABV brown beer brewed from barley malt, buckwheat, and rye, delivering a unique flavor with lightness and freshness. Sarazen Triple: A strong 8.5% ABV beer with fruity and complex aromas that will delight sophisticated palates. Blanche de Boussu: A refreshing 4.8% ABV Belgian-style white beer with a slightly tangy taste, offering a round finish. Sarazen de Noël: A 9% ABV winter seasonal beer with rich flavor and complex aromas, including a hint of licorice, perfect for enjoying with family or friends by the fire. The shop is open every Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
