Since 1999, BASE Company has been the challenger on the mobile market in Belgium. We are active in mobile telephony with our brand BASE. All our products and services are offered through the BASE Shops and through online and indirect channels.

At BASE Company we are passionate about continuously do better for our customers. By really listening, we want to offer the customer what he considers truly important. We are therefore constantly looking at how we can improve our products and services, and how we can offer them at a competitive price. Crucial to this are the quality of our network and service to the customer. Today, BASE Company has the best voice network for convenient calling and texting. Because BASE Company is convinced that the future is mobile, we establish partnerships that shake up the market. Not only do we challenge the market, we also change it. For example, we were the first in Europe to make our customers truly “free” by abolishing fixed-term contracts. We were also the first to launch unlimited formulas and cancel activation fees. We have been active on the Belgian market since 1999, and have never increased or indexed our prices. No-nonsense, open and transparent, that’s what we stand for. BASE Company is a 100% subsidiary of the Dutch KPN, with its headquarters in Brussels.
