A throwback to the Metamorphoses route designed for Mons 2015, European Capital of Culture”, and following the Niki de Saint Phalle exhibition, works of art push the boundaries of cultural institutions and emerge all over the city. “L’Art habite la ville” (art lives in town) is turning the public space into an open-air museum.
