Guided tours for “family bubbles”
 

These guided tours are intended for people living under the same roof, potentially accompanied by one of their close contacts. Booking is required for these tours which are conducted in compliance with health regulations:  masks must be worn (except for children under 12 years old), social distancing must be followed, hands must be disinfected, etc.


Information

Reservation requests are processed Monday - Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. Upon receipt of your form, we will check our remaining availability. Your booking request will then be processed and you will be contacted by telephone to make the payment for the tickets and the guided visit by credit card only (VISA or Mastercard). Your tickets and the voucher for the guided visit will then be emailed to you. Once the payment has been processed, the tickets and the guided visit are non-refundable (except in case of force majeure).
