A prelude to the bicentenary of the battle of Waterloo, this exhibition highlights Napoleon as a patron of the Arts and artists, the best of whom (represented at the François Duesberg Museum) were specially accredited suppliers to the Empire: bronze workers, watch and clock makers, gold and silver smiths, porcelain makers and ebony workers, amongst others.
